This sparked the inception of Wealthkey Property, a buyer’s agency committed to providing clients with trustworthy and comprehensive property investment guidance.

With over 30 years of experience in business administration, management, and executive support, Enza has a passion for efficiency, professionalism, and excellence. Her extensive background across banking, government, health, and small business gives her a unique ability to streamline processes, improve communication, and drive meaningful results.

What began as a career in administration evolved into a mission to empower Wealthkey Property through reliable, flexible, and high-quality support. Enza is known for her meticulous attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to bring structure and calm to even the busiest environments.

More recently, she has expanded her expertise to help guide clients through the administrative side of their property journey, making every process seamless and stress-free.

Outside of work, Enza enjoys time with her family, cheering for her favourite soccer team – Matildas, and doting on her fluffy child.

As Wealthkey Property’s Client Success Champion, Rishi is dedicated to creating smooth, supportive experiences for every client. His mission is to ensure each person feels guided, informed, and valued throughout their entire property journey.

From preparing service agreements and managing initial client interactions to following up on reviews and feedback, Rishi keeps communication clear, consistent, and client-focused. He also helps clients set up and navigate Property Dollar, Wealthkey’s portfolio tracking app, making sure they can monitor their property performance with ease and confidence.

Known for his responsiveness and reliability, Rishi plays a key role in maintaining the strong, lasting relationships Wealthkey is built on. Whether it’s answering questions, organising details, or assisting with reviews, he brings professionalism, care, and efficiency to every interaction, ensuring clients always feel supported every step of the way.

Curious, creative, and detail-oriented, Roxette brings both energy and precision to every project she takes on. Always eager to learn and grow, she thrives on exploring new paths and expanding her skill set, finding inspiration in every opportunity to connect people with meaningful property stories.

Her journey into marketing has been shaped by a love for continuous learning and a passion for blending creativity with strategy. Outside of work, she’s a music lover who believes creativity and rhythm go hand in hand, in melodies, in ideas, and in marketing.

We have an in-house data analysis team including Paul and Jay, as well as on the ground consultants in key target areas, as a part of the research process when purchasing solid investment assets knowing where to find relevant data and then assessing that data is key.

We know what to look at, where to get the data and who to talk to before approving key target areas for client acquisition. When working with wealthkey property all of this is done behind the scenes and then shared with you in a clear and understandable format.
