Paul had been encouraging us for a few years to buy another property to reduce our tax payments and to plan for our retirement. Paul sent us all the information on several different properties that met our criteria, but it was our choice in the end. Paul is good at applying gentle pressure to get you over the line when needed.He gave us contacts for a local solicitor in Queensland, a property manager who is great to work with plus helped with a good deal on landlord’s insurance. The finance was also handled very efficiently for us, a service that we have used before with Wealthkey.
What has been the best outcome for you?
We now own a property that we are happy with and that feels right. It rented the day after settlement and we are getting an excellent weekly rent which is higher than we expected. The house is in an area that is likely to increase in value over the next few years and we are not stuck with excessive body corporate fees or an unsavoury property agent.The tax variation which Paul encouraged us to apply for means that we have a very affordable monthly expense to retain this property.

I would definitely refer people to Wealthkey Property. At the moment it is a best kept secret, but if you have been struggling with the decision to buy property for a while, go and have a chat with Paul.
